Pam Kendall is a Broker and Owner of Kendall Real Estate. She is a native of North Carolina and prior to entering the real estate profession held positions with Duke Energy, earned her credentials as an LPGA/PGA club professional and was a teacher in the Newton/Conover School System. Pam obtained her NC real estate license in 2017 and affiliated with one of the largest firms in Hickory, NC. In a few short years Pam became the top producing agent in her firm and among the top 1-2% of all agents in the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors. She has also received recognition nationally as a Top Agent Award Winner, an award for agents that have been top producers, have substantially grown their business and have demonstrated popularity among their clients and fellow agents. Her husband, Peter, joined her as part of the Kendall Team in 2020 and they now work together as Broker/Owners of Kendall Real Estate. Pam has also earned the credentials of GRI (Graduate of the National Association of REALTOR Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) NAR. These credentials and her experience demonstrate her commitment to her profession and the high level of expertise she possesses
