I was already dealing with the stress of two complicated estates at the same time. As we get older we don't deal with stress very well and I knew that I had to sell one of the estate homes. I did not live in the home, I was two hundred-plus miles away from the home, and I knew I was not capable of all I was dealing with of making numerous trips back and forth to the home. I called Pam and met her at the home and another REALTOR to interview. I liked Pam's realistic approach. I wanted to naturally make a nice profit, but I also knew that I could not continue dealing with the house and my main objective was to get these estates closed. I had all these awful visions of traveling back and forth because the home had to be staged, emptied, and some repair work done. Well, Pam just stepped up to the plate and arranged everything that needed to be dealt with. I just gave her a key to the home and she worked her magic from there. She took so much stress off of my overwhelmed self. She is very pleasant to work with and knows her field of expertise well. I felt like Pam was more than a real estate agent. I think she genuinely tries to get a feel for her client's situation and then puts forth the effort to make it a smooth transition.
