Peter Kendall is a Broker-In-Charge and Owner of Kendall Real Estate. Peter was born and raised in Minnesota. After college he obtained his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. Early in his career he served as a healthcare executive with Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus, OH) and Augusta University Health System (Augusta, GA). In 2002 Peter joined Lenoir-Rhyne University, Hickory, NC as its chief financial officer. He served LRU as Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance through his “retirement” in 2020. Several years prior to his “retirement” Peter obtained his NC real estate license. He has assisted Pam for several years as she has established herself and the Kendall real estate team as top producers in one of the largest brokerages in their marketplace. Peter now works full-time as Broker-In-Charge/Owner and Realtor at Kendall Real Estate.
