Homesite Four is bordered by mature trees on three sides — quietly secluded while still at the heart of the community. The gently rolling grade gives an architect real range, with room to compose the home around the contour rather than against it, subject to design review. Set well off any public road, the parcel is noticeably hushed: the privacy of the perimeter without losing the sense of belonging. A proposed Tykke Homes design is available on request. Harris Cove is a private, gated community of only eight homesites on a private road off Irvine Drive in Fairview, minutes from Asheville. Controlled entry, street lighting, underground Duke Energy power, shared StormTech stormwater, and individual well and septic per homesite. An Architectural Review Committee reviews every residence and every landscape plan, with a 2,800 sq ft minimum heated area and vinyl and aluminum prohibited. The same standards apply to all eight lots. Some photos have been virtually rendered.
