$35,000

Great little 1.53 acre site at and just beyond the gate into Hi-Mtn. Situated adjacent to and overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway. This lot is sitting at 4536' elevation and will afford cool summers and spectacular views from late Fall to early Spring. There is also a 2900 acre federally owned tract that almost adjoins on the NE side of the property. Therefore, neighbors will be few and far between. Located in the Balsam community of Jackson County between Waynesville and Sylva, NC. The lot is situated just above an access point to the Mountains to Sea Trail and allows for some great hiking experiences right off the back porch. On up the road the adjacent 2.52 acre parcel owned by another party is on the market at $120K (Canopy MLS 4386129). The combination of the these two parcels could make a great 4 acre parcel with little chance of any neighbors based upon the surrounding federally owned tracts.
